This Policy sets out how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for products purchased from Liora through Thimyxolghex.ddd. It works together with our Terms of Service and with rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

We want you to understand what to expect before and after purchase. Some situations require a refund or replacement under consumer law; others are handled as commercial returns where we choose to offer them. Always keep your order confirmation and any tracking numbers until your matter is closed.
Change of mind
Where we offer change-of-mind returns, conditions such as time limits, unopened packaging, and restocking fees will be stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Food supplements often cannot be returned once opened for health and safety reasons unless there is a fault or other entitlement under law.
Faulty or not as described
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, materially different from its description, or unsafe, contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We may ask you to return the item using a method we specify. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Incorrect item shipped
If you received the wrong product, notify us as soon as possible. We will arrange correction at our expense where we confirm the error. Please do not dispose of items until we advise, so we can coordinate return or disposal responsibly.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to post credits. If the original method is unavailable, we may propose a reasonable alternative and document the arrangement in writing.
Return shipping
Where you are entitled to a remedy for a major failure or similar issue, we will provide instructions and cover reasonable return costs as required by law. For change-of-mind returns permitted under our commercial policy, you may be responsible for shipping unless stated otherwise.
Non-returnable items
Opened dietary supplements may be non-returnable except where faulty or as required by consumer law. Gift cards or digital items, if offered, may have separate rules disclosed at purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute, we may pause fulfilment until the matter is clarified. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly and document agreed outcomes.
Record-keeping
We retain return and refund records as needed for accounting, disputes, and compliance. Personal data in those records is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
