Agreement

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Liora. If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place orders.

Advertising and this website

If you arrived via an online advertisement (for example Google Ads), the advertiser is Liora, operating this Site and the contact details shown in the footer and on the home page. The product, price, and offer described in the ad should match what you see here; if anything differs, we will confirm the correct details in writing before you pay. We do not use “bait and switch” pricing: introductory or sale prices are genuine offers for the period and conditions stated.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase products where local law requires that age for supplement purchases. You agree to provide accurate information in forms and communications. We may refuse service where fraud, compliance, or inventory concerns arise.

Permitted use

You may view and interact with the Site for personal or internal business purposes related to evaluating or purchasing our products. You must not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content without permission, interfere with security, or use automated tools in a way that degrades performance.

Products and information

Descriptions aim to be accurate at the time of publication. Packaging, formulation, and labelling on the physical product at shipment prevail if there is a discrepancy. Dietary supplements are not medicines unless expressly regulated as such in your jurisdiction. Site content is general information and not medical or professional advice.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders. Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown or confirmed before payment where checkout is available. We may correct obvious pricing errors before acceptance. Risk and title pass according to carrier terms and applicable law.

Payment

Payment methods accepted are those shown at checkout or agreed in writing. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge the selected method for the total amount disclosed. Chargebacks should be discussed with us first where possible to resolve misunderstandings.

Shipping and delivery

We ship from Australia unless we tell you otherwise for a specific order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as binding under consumer law. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect information, additional fees may apply. Import taxes or customs charges for international orders are your responsibility where applicable, and we disclose what we know before you complete payment when checkout is available.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major failure.

EU and Austrian consumers

If you are a consumer habitually resident in Austria or another EU or EEA country, mandatory consumer protection rules apply, including Directive 2011/83/EU (information, withdrawal, and remedies) as implemented nationally. Austrian consumers are protected under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act and related rules. You may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and are not generally willing to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, except where required by law. Intellectual property

Text, graphics, logos, and layout on the Site are owned by Liora or licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without prior written consent except as allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable rights. Our aggregate liability arising from the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or breach of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you habitually reside if you are a consumer in the EU or EEA. Courts in Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
